FAQ - Online Ordering
What time will you deliver?
We aim to arrive right on time! Although sometimes traffic gets in the way. It is recommended you request the catering to arrive least 15 minutes prior to service time.
Will you set up for me?
No, this is a drop & go option. If you would like set up & service for your event please contact us & ask about staffed events.
Will my hot platters be delivered hot or will I need to reheat?
We deliver our hot platters hot & ready for you to serve within 15 minutes of arrival. We recommend hot platters are only booked if you are within a 30-minute radius of Southport, any further & we cannot guarantee they will still be hot on arrival.
Should I refrigerate my delivery?
Yes, if you are not serving within 15 minutes of delivery the platters should be refrigerated.
Can I keep my leftovers?
Leftover must be refrigerated within 1 ½ hours of delivery or disposed of 3 ½ hours after delivery if kept at room temperate.
Are Disposable plates, cutlery, napkins & serving ware included?
No, if these are required please request for them to be added to your order (additional charges apply).
What is the cut off to place an order?
It is recommended to order 7-14 days prior to delivery for larger or special event orders. We can usually accommodate last minute orders, up until 12pm 2 days prior, but are unable to guarantee availability.
When is the cut off for changes to my order?
Changes can be accommodated until 12pm 2 days prior to delivery.
Do your platters cater to guests with dietary requirements?
Each platter will list any applicable dietaries on your quote if your chosen menu doesn't suit a guest’s allergies or food preferences a separate meal can be ordered for them to suit. (additional charges apply).
What payment options do you offer?
A$500 non-refundable booking fee is required, with balance payment due 14 days prior to delivery. Post delivery payment terms may be available on request. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Bank Transfers.
