Craig Weston

Director / Executive Chef

Having a love of Hospitality since a young age, Craig began his journey working in his families’ Italian restaurant. His goal to become an owner/operator of his own restaurant came to effect in early 2014.  Since then his appetite, dedication and love of the industry has led him towards the catering sector.  Craig will make sure your next event is one you will never forget! He will help you in the menu planning, dietary requirements as well as helping towards choosing the best package to suit you!


Sarah Weston

Director / Event Planner

Sarah’s Hospitality Career started in 2010 where she soon discovered the passion for the industry. Having a background in retail management and HR helped in creating the In Season Brand. Her partnership with her Husband created the perfect business mix. She is your first point of contact for In Season Catering and will continue the correspondence throughout your whole planning timeline. She is happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.
